My name is Colin Jensen, Oregon Licensed Home Inspector (OCHI#2173, CCB#227508). Whether you are a first time home buyer, seller, or seasoned investor, we know how important it is to have a detailed view of your home - to empower you in your next steps. That is why we spend time with each client to answer all questions and strive to communicate with out clients in a way that allows everyone to understand our findings.
After we complete your on-site inspection we provide you with a modern, electronic home inspection report that includes our findings, as well as helpful informational items. Our reports are very thorough, but we also make finding the bigger issues easy, which makes negotiations easier as well.
